Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled Front-End Developer with strong expertise in React and Redux Toolkit to develop and maintain our web applications. This is a part-time contract position requiring 6 hours per day with flexible scheduling. The initial 3-month contract is renewable based on performance and project needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React.js

  • Implement state management solutions using Redux Toolkit

  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate mockups into high-quality code

  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability

  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness

  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to team best practices

  • Debug and troubleshoot application issues

  • Stay updated with latest front-end technologies and industry trends

  • Work closely with back-end developers to integrate APIs

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 2+ years of experience in front-end development

  • Strong proficiency in React.js and its core principles

  • Extensive experience with Redux Toolkit for state management

  • Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3

  • Experience with responsive design and CSS frameworks

  • Familiarity with version control systems (Git)

  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling

  • Understanding of modern build tools and workflows (Webpack, npm/yarn)

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time schedule

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with TypeScript

  • Knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library)

  • Familiarity with CSS preprocessors (Sass, Less)

  • Experience with component libraries (Material-UI, Metronic)

  • Understanding of web performance optimization

  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)

  • Experience with Agile development methodologies

Contract Terms

  • 6 hours per day, flexible scheduling
