About the Role
We're looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join our small, async-first team. You'll own features end-to-end, from database schema to the user interface, ship them fast, and iterate based on real user feedback. No bureaucracy, just meaningful work with high autonomy. What you'll do Build and maintain scalable APIs and backend services Design and implement responsive, accessible front-end UIs Collaborate with product and design on new features, start to finish Improve system performance, reliability, and developer experience Review code, write tests, and uphold engineering quality
Requirements
- 3+ years of full stack experience in a production environment
- Strong fundamentals in both front-end and back-end development
- Comfortable owning ambiguous problems and driving them to completion.
- Strong communication skills in English
- Clear, async-friendly written communication.
- Familiar with Project management methodologies
- Experience working in a distributed or remote team.
- Expert-level TypeScript, React, and Node.js, Python is a plus
- Experience with PostgreSQL and cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and containerisation
